Shipping Timeframe
We make every effort to ship orders the same day. However, this is not always possible. Orders received after 12:00 noon will usually ship within one (1) business day of receipt. The exceptions would be if an item is backordered, or if item was ordered during the weekend. If an item is backordered, we will notify the customer ASAP.
The Knife Capital ships by UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL and numerous carriers for larger orders. Unless otherwise specified, small orders will be shipped by standard UPS Ground or USPS. Please note that any product that is classified HAZMAT or ORMD will not be shipped by air under any circumstances.
Parcel Insurance
The Knife Capital will insure parcels at the published carrier insurance rate unless otherwise instructed by the customer in writing. Should the customer choose to self insure, The Knife Capital has no liability for lost or damaged parcels, once the parcel is shipped.
International Shipments
Due to increasing shipping costs, we are not shipping internationally at this time.
